Is delivery available?
Yes. We encourage self-pickup of purchases; however we will deliver to your place of business or residence if within our delivery zone. Charges may apply.
What is the Scratch & Dent Furniture Return Policy?
The Return Policy is dependent upon the type of product purchased. Used and Seconds are non-returnable due to the nature of the "as-is" condition that is evident at the point of sale. Furniture classified as "New" can be returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition and may be subject to a restocking fee unless specially ordered.
What are the Payment Terms?
We accept all major credit cards, cash or we can bill your Hummel’s Office Plus account.
Are design services available?
Yes. All Scratch &Dent Furniture store representatives are well-trained to assess your individualized furniture needs. Your Account Executive can field measure your office space and provide custom furniture layouts free of charge!
