➢All returns must have prior “Return Authorization” paperwork which can be obtained via Hummel’s online ordering system or by contacting Customer Service at 315.574.8300, toll-free at 800.765.4866 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This paperwork ensures a timely pickup by the Hummel’s delivery team and proper credit being issued. The “Return Authorization” paperwork will be presented to the customer at the time of pickup and will require the customer’s legible signature and printed name.
➢ The following information is required when contacting our Customer Service department: account number, invoice number, item numbers of the merchandise to be returned & reason for return. This information can be found on the packing slip you received with your order. All store returns require your original receipt.
➢ Stock supply merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date and is subject to inspection upon return. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unmarked, unopened and in resaleable condition before full credit can be issued.
➢ Stock furniture and technology merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date and is subject to inspection upon return. The merchandise must be returned its original packaging, unmarked, unopened and in resaleable condition before full credit can be issued.
➢ Perishable items including but not limited to food, beverage and pharmaceutical products are not subject to return, except in case of our error.
➢ Defective Keurig brewers may be returned within 12 months from invoice date for credit or replacement and are subject to inspection upon return. Serial number, model number, detailed defective reason and proof of purchase must be provided.
➢ No cash refunds will be issued with the exception of store purchases; credit memos will be posted to your account.
➢ Non-stock or “special order” merchandise is non-cancelable and non-returnable.
➢ All damages, shortages & picking errors on orders must be claimed immediately and no later than 7 days from delivery & Hummel’s reserves the right to investigate claims made. Merchandise may not be credited where evidence of a Proof Of Delivery from the delivery driver is available.
