- No caustic soda makes this product easier to use.
- Viscosity added for changing action.
- High alkalinity cuts through grease easily. Do not mix with other chemicals, especially acids.

Uses
For heavy duty cleaning of surfaces that havebeen heated to high temperatures to remove baked on soils.Removes greasyfats and baked on carbon from griddles, deep fryers, ovens, barbecuesand grills.
Directions
Griddle: before cleaning pre-heat the cooking surface to 81 C (178 F)then shut off before applying the product. Let the solution work for5-10 minutes. Wipe clean using a clean damp cloth. Rinse well withpotable water. Wipe dry. Apply a thin coat of shortening to preventsurface from rusting. Commercial Ovens: Warm oven slightly (100C/212F)then shut off. Using a brush apply cleaner directly to walls, racks,burners and glass. Let the cleaner work for 5-15 minutes. Stubborn areasmay need light agitation using a soft nylon scrubbing pad. Rinse wellwith potable water. Deep Fryers: Scrape off or hose down to removeexcess grease. Fill up to 10cm (4") from top using cold water. Add 1part cleaner concentrate per 40 parts water. Boil the solution for 30minutes. Scrub the greasy residue while it is still warm. Rinse wellwith potable water before use. Drain and flush off using hot water.
